The Usual / Coffee Shops
Keep Square. Bring regulars back.
Keep the Square setup your team already uses, then connect menu, ordering, loyalty, Deals, Events, and the customer relationship around it.
Get found. Get followed. Bring them back.
Bring your Square menu and business information into the customer experience without rebuilding it by hand.
Give customers a direct way to follow your coffee shop after the order or visit.
Use ordering, loyalty, Deals, Events, and updates to make the next visit easier.
Square stays. The relationship grows.
The Usual is designed to work with the Square setup already running your shop instead of forcing a new point of sale.
Do I have to replace Square to use The Usual?
No. You can connect your existing Square account and keep using Square for the systems already running your shop.
What does The Usual sync from Square?
The Usual can sync your Square catalog into the menu experience, including categories, items, variations, modifiers, prices, and connected customer records where available.
Can orders and payments stay connected to Square?
Yes. The Usual supports Square-connected order and payment workflows so your existing Square account can remain part of the operating flow.
Does The Usual use Square Loyalty?
The Usual includes its own loyalty experience and does not require you to replace Square to use it. We do not claim that every The Usual reward is a Square Loyalty reward.
Does The Usual charge a per-order fee on Square orders?
No. The Usual does not add a per-order fee or take a percentage of your orders. You pay for your plan as a subscription. Square payment-processing or other third-party fees may still apply.
